What is your minimum order for free delivery?
15 boxes – We are able to provide less, however this will incur a delivery charge

What is the frequency of deliveries?
We have set delivery days (usually 2 times a week) to set areas. We will let you know your deliveries days when you set up your account and we work on a basis that all orders need to be placed 2 days before your set delivery day. Orders must be received by 1pm to be processed that day.

How do I set up an account?
Please see our new account request form for our requirements. Simply phone the office or your sales representative, or fax/email through the form.

Is the fruit English?
We try our best to purchase British product where possible, but are main aim is to focus on quality, full traceability, continued availability and price.

What about your quality is it as good as my current supplier?
All fruit is checked on arrival to our own EFSIS approved factory by the Quality Control Manager. The mixed fruit selection, is mixed by trained staff in our factory to a tried and tested recipe

Will someone come and see me to discuss my options and your products?
Please simply call the office or see our contacts page for the numbers of our sales representatives

What is the best way to care for my product once we are set up?
Once you are set up, we will automatically give you a freezer maintenance guide with all hints and tips and give you a demonstration when we set the product up for you.
